Shipping

We offer shipping through Australia Post at a flat rate of $10 (standard) and $15 (express). 

Orders received before 11am will be dispatched same day. After this time they will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

We take no responsibility for delays within the delivery network as that is way out of our control. We place tracking numbers on all our parcels for peace of mind.

Refunds

We understand online shopping is not easy, thats why we offer refunds. If the style isn't what you expected or doesn't fit right please email us straight away. We allow 14 days for returns. We do not cover the postage cost of returning a garment.

All returns need to be in the below condition:

• Unworn and in same condition as it left our HQ
• No perfume or make up stains
• All tags still attached

Referencing refund and how you would like to proceed either with a refund or exchange of size. Once a confirmation number has been sent you can then post the item back. Please note garments without a RA number will not be accepted.
